Questions Concerning The Games Factory, How do I do three certain things?

Ok, first off, I'll admit it. I'm a newbie to TGF (pretty much). I can understand plenty of it, but some certain things baffle me.

So, I'll ask it straight out.

Question 1: How do I make timed events? (e.g. First part of a text object appears. Wait five seconds. Second part of a text object appears.) Can you please tell me how to do this?

Question 2: How can I make certain enemies shoot an object aiming at another object? (e.g. All of so-and-so's fireballs head toward a brick, as opposed to anything else.)

Question 3: How can I give something a certain number of hitpoints w/o a counter? (e.g. It takes 3 hits with a fireball to kill a Goomba.)

If there is anything you need clarified, just ask!

Answers to these three questions would be much appreciated.

1) You can compare against the system time, like "When time is 15 seconds, do this message, and when time is 20 seconds, do this message", or you can use a counter (or alterable value) and set it to 5 when the first message appears, and every second subtract one. When it hits 0, display the second message

2) When you shoot an object, there should be an option in the dialog to shoot at xyz object

3) Use one of the alterable values of the goomba. Say you set alterable value A to three at the start of the level. Every time the goomba is hit, subtract one. Once Alterable Value A reaches 0, your goomba is dead.

This is a little suspicious... I've looked in the Caves of Flame before, and it appears there have been several cases of hacking... by cousins. The common excuse, maybe? Not to mention, all three of those posts were posted about 2 minutes after the previous one, and the final one had an added remark. It couldn't have been a mistake.
