Is There Such Thing As M&l Style?, And if so, how do you do it?

Anyway, M&L style is just the way sprites look in Mario & Luigi - Superstar Saga. If you want to make sprites in that style, you'll have to make them look like they'd been ripped directly from that game.
Don't forget the dark grey, almost black dots, or Kritter will hunt you down.

The colour of those dots is typically 80, 80, 80

Stare at Popple for 3 hours, then sprite.



If you so happen to even glance at the Snowman I will eat you.

Anyhoo, Its the grey dots on the outline, and the Shading (1 Dark Colour, 1 Middle Colour, 1 Light colour for Highlight on larger areas) that make it Mario and Luigi Style.

I see no gray dots on that snowman edit.

Difference between a Mario and Luigi sprite, and a normal sprite in terms of gray dots.

Possibly, I was jsut saying that it has no Grey Dots because it is a game other than Mario and Luigi.

I don't think it's called Snowman, i'm sure they have a proper name.

Yoshi's island style = cartoony with black outline for every line on the sprite.

Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland Style = the black outline is only present on the OUTSIDE of the sprite. The inside lines are done with darker colors.

Mario&LuigiRPG style = Same as Nightmare in Dreamland only with little grey dots.

I like to use the Kirby style for my sprites.
