SCULLY2686, short for Self-Controlled-Unit of Livid Destruction: LightYear Model #2686. Let's just call him SCULLY (yes, in ALL CAPS).

SCULLY was created by Dynoman to help take over the world, but given that he had his own free will, he decided to stop his master with the help of his siblings SCULLYs 111487 (Senor Charlie), 41090 (Beanboy), and 122691 (Piper).

In another game idea I have, Dr. Wily and Dynoman join forces to take over the world with both their robot armies and it's up to Megaman, SCULLY, and all their friends to stop them.

BTW, SCULLY is one of the few fancharacters I have left in my franchise (Tom Chikun being the other, both Bonk series fancharacters).
