I originally thought it up in 5th grade so leave me alone <.<

Anyway the arrows were pointing to various areas and explaining what they are. Just ignore them. I drew a crude inaccurate top-view so you could see that the thing is actually 3D. Then there is the uber-key also.
I feel like typing a lot so I'll describe some stuff with a ****load of technical crap thrown in:
X2Y-2Z (osh) Vehicle Concept-
-----------------------------------
The X2Y-2Z (abbr. X2Y) is a vehicle that the government has been trying to acquire for years. Unfortunately for them, there are loopholes in the law that prevent them from doing this, plus the blueprints had been burned after construction was completed. Using a super-efficient corkscrew armature electric motor and a 5-speed automatic transmission, the X2Y can achieve speeds of up to 275MPH, faster than current street-legal gasoline cars. In addition to the motor, the X2Y has two plasma engines (they have the exclamation point on them) each 10 times more powerful than NASA prototypes, and each only using 1/1000th the power. Use of these engines can push the X2Y to speeds of up to 460MPH, although this is basically suicide under most conditions. There are two large containers between the wheels; they hold retractible wings for an experimental flight mode (believe it or not). 580MPH is the speed that the computer limits flight to, as the X2Y is not strong enough to withstand breaking the sound barrier. The wheels fold down ala the BTTF DeLorean to allow the wings to extend. The wheels also have skis mounted to the sides to allow for transportation through snow; the front and back wheels can be folded independently if needed. Because the X2Y has the large motor/transmission chamber, 3 cameras are used for rearview, and 2 for sideview. One of the 3 main control monitors display these views, while the other two are dedicated to the GPS and status monitoring systems. Due to the secretivity of the technology used in the X2Y, it can only be started with an electronic key using a 50-digit 128-bit encrypted code. This code is hidden behind a lockout chip, and both the lockout chip and the code storage chip dice are molded directly into the plastic of the key. Any unauthorized attempts at starting the X2Y without the key, or attempts at removing certain parts of the vehicle will cause the X2Y to self-destruct. In development is a remote control that can be used to control the X2Y. It will include a holographically projected screen that mirrors the function of the three on the X2Y, plus buttons and switches for all the features. Also in development is a new encryption algorithm to encrypt the data sent between the controller and the X2Y.
Well anyway I think that's enough of that. Sorry about the sucky lineart contrast, I'm not inking it because I WILL screw it up. Plus I don't have Illustrator or anything.
