It's my character for my Animation class in college, we've been working on them for some time, which included concepts etc. I'm basically finished, except the head. Don't be alarmed by the eyeless and expressionless face, that's just there for completion sake.

The guy's a cyborg type experiment, half human half mechanical being. In terms of anatomy, I think he's looking alright, he might seem a little tall or out of proportion here and there, but he's half cyborg so give the dude a break, come on! His legs might need to be thicker I think, since his arms are about as wide as his legs, but his clothing is baggy. Also, his pose is just due to the fact that he's in the modelling stage, next time he'll be a little more dynamic.

Also, if he looks kind of bare, it's because characters are all about the textures most of the time. Just wait until he's textured, trust me, it'll look way better. Also, it won't be that head on him next time I submit him, it'll most likely be MINE mwahaha.

But yes, definite work in progress.

'tlooks very cool. I think the arms are a bit too big rather than the legs too thin.

Wow, that's looking really awesome. I love the design, and the claws, and just... all of it. Never really seen any 3D work from you, and it's indeed looking good.

Looks pretty cool, though he looks weird as he has no joints in his arms...I don't know if this was intended as he is a Human Machine.

Before anyone remarks upon it, IGNORE THE HEAD. It was a 10 second plugin job, the end result will have...my head on it. We have to put a model of our own head on it, textured and everything, then make a low-poly model and put our characters in Unreal Tournament or something.

Arm movement is all handled through the program we use, it will bend where it's supposed to, just at the moment it's nothing but an untextured sleeve, so it looks a bit cylindrical and boring. Same with the legs.

I think it's looking pretty good so far. I'll look forward to seeing it with a texture and moving joints. And I agree with Biddy, the arms are a bit thick. Maybe you should either make them thinner or enlarge the fingers.

What SP said, and do they have some sort of joint for an elbow? Is it like bend-shape wise, or is there just not one yet or ever or something. It does look really good though.
