Doesn't look like a female I don't think. But he could do with a bulkier chest I think, he seems too thin. Also, one leg is thinner than the other. His head also seems to be too far forward, but i'm not sure about that one.

Alright, I fixed a few things and updated it. I think I'm happy with the shape of the head and the eyes, but I do think that the head might be too far foward. I often make that mistake. And I'm kind of going for a skinny, almost anorexic style. The head doesn't really match the style of that though.
