Well, after I made my sprites for the castle sprite competetition, I started to work on some objects for different Mario levels. So far it's just some recolours, but I will be adding more stuff shortly...

Top to Bottom:
Overworld
Underground
Ice Type Level
Fire Type Level
Underwater

EDIT: Changed Fire and Ice around wink.gif

Ok, here's all the objects I've done so far for the overworld, now I need to re-colour them so they don't look so out of place in the other worlds.

Thanks for all the comments so far, all I need to do now is the underground objects. After working on it for nearly 4-5 hours, I think I'll finish it tommorrow...

Items such as bricks and coins need to be somewhat shiny, having a sort of sheen to them. Other than that, these look pretty nifty.

Looks nice, but why does the underwater level have different blocks?

A tip about drawing Mats beak: the beak itself isn’t too prominent, its basically drawn as a Sonic muzzle with a small bump for the point

Well, I got rid of the ON and OFF buttons, because I thought there wouldn't be much point. That's why each set isn't identical.

Actually, I can kinda see the ON and OFF blocks being used in underwater stages, but it makes sense that you removed the note blocks as you technically can't really jump underwater either.

I've seen Note Blocks as a way to annoy people underwater. When your in a tight spot with Note Blocks your bouncing all over the place if you make one wrong move. Which can consume some time when your trying to get back control and get out of there.
