I figured that a fair number of you were ITCHING for a comp that was a little bit simpler. So I went and looked at some Mario pics to find a SPECIFIC character this time. At first, I was going to do Yoshi. And then I came across a picture of Kamek.

So there you have it.
The drawing competition is KAMEK!
No fancy theme this time, it's just Kamek.

If I get a power cord for the scanner, I might enter this one.

Yes, I know I've just got started with the fanart world (I have a pic of Rex drawn already that I was going to enter for the last comp until I realized that my scanner won't work, and I don't know if I really did a good job or not), but I think drawing comps can be fun.

Alright, here's my entry into this contest.

It's not colored for two reasons.

1) I didn't feel like coloring it as I have other stuff to color in Photoshop.

2) I wanted to show everyone just what I could do with a pencil if I was bored and given 30 minutes.

adaffds I need to start getting used to doing Mario characters in MY own style, it's so much more impressive when you do them your own way rather than making them as much like the nintendo drawings as possible *coughmylastcompentrycough*. I have a pretty good idea for this but I may start it over and try to do it more in my own style, you've inspired me. :>
