I'm sure there's a way to do it in other programs but I use OpenCanvas. What you do is turn anti-alias on (I forget where the option for that is though), make the color black and the size for the pencil at 0.5. Draw. You may have to draw over it a couple of times to make it look the way you want. Anything bigger than 0.5 is too thick and anything smaller is too hard to see. Yes, I know... not hard.
