Go with the yellow tone. The Master's typically depicted as being an Asian, so I'd go with that.

Something about that looks more like resized official art than pixel art. I'm seriously hoping you used a reference and followed it very, very closely because the white pixels around it look extremely suspicious, as though it were cut out from another pic and then resized in Photoshop.

Edits are alright, as stated before, but I think making expansion sets for premade character sprites is against the competition rules. You'd have to check with Klobber.

No.

That's just a resize. It's not a custom sprite. This competition is for custom sprites.

To simply "make animations" is not even close to enough to give you the right to claim that as your own.
