If you're going for the Sonic X feel, you need a TOTALLY DIFFERENT method of shading. Hair is hardly shaded at all, yours is way too detailed. In fact, the only shading at all in Sonic X is on major folds and edges. If they were as detailed as you the Mobians' spherical heads would take many more hours to shade (especially with Cream being a nearly completely round sphere with stuff on it.)

Your nose design isn't Sonic X-ish either. You just put a big oval where the nostrils are. Sonic X shows the outline of half the nose.

yeah, I realize that, but it just depends how you look at it. It's supposed to be just the nostril side of the nose shaded, you cant see the rest of the nose unless I draw it from a side angle.
