Sonic the Hedgehog, Classic

This is the first picture I've done of Sonic that I REALLY liked the outcome of.

I hate that style to be honest, it worked for some characters but definately not Sonic.

Because it's behind his head and coming out from the side of his body.

The drawing itself is great, but the style just dosn't work for Sonic

I don't think it's physically possible to bend one's arm that way

But for a cartoon, IT IS!

Still ugly though. Mind as well have his ***** come out of his head.

It's a cartoon, it can bend any way that it wants to.

I like the style, but like has been mentinoed, I don't think it works well with Sonic.

EDIT: Try it with Scratch and Grounder though!

Look closer. In order for the arm to be attached to the body, he'd need to be doing some serious buck-buck action.

LETS STOP ARGUING Y'ALL.

I can see where Draco's coming from, since I forgot to draw the line connecting his arm to the right spot.

I can still see how it can connect, without the line there (and I can see where the black line should have been too). seeing as how it's a CARTOON, it doesn't need to be connected in a logical way.

Uhh, yeah, it does, because this is Sonic and no matter what you do to Sonic his arms are always connected to his body (unless you blow him up)

And in Dustin's style no less.

That would be true, except that this is supposed to be Sonic and Sonic always has his arms connected to his torso, not his head his ass or a leg

I can see how it's not connected to his head.

Or ass.
I can see perfectly well how his arm can countour (sp) to fit into where the shoulder should go.
And... um... I don't really care how sonic is ussually done... you could attach his nose up his ass and it be fine because it's a cartoon.

now, as to whether or not that would look GOOD... well... no. Just like the arm here doesn't look good.
