If you really wanna rid yourself of ye old propellor, all you have to do it make the feet move upward as the move forward and to the middle. When they reach the end, they'll land and slide to the back. Make sure each foot is in the opposite loop of the other, and if you want, animate it soe that the direction of the toes' change too.

Hope that isn't too confusing =O
