Yes, it is. Pink Yoshi, I imagined her as kind of a fragile Yoshi, so she doesn't stomp as much. It would probably be for only cut-scenes. Then you can just use the full stomp sound, unlike the others where they DO stomp in game, and depending from where you are, they have to program it so that the "bring" sound happens when they press down, and he doesn't say "hah" until he hits the floor. The 1st can be for some kind of chanting or, as I'd like to view it as, mating noise. You can do the same with the others.

BTW, each person says "Yoshi" a different way, depending on their colour. Pink Yoshi says Poshi, Blue Yoshi says Boshi, and Red Yoshi says Roshi. Green Yoshi says Yoshi, because if he said Goshi, that means he's either Grey Yoshi, or Ghost Yoshi.


My favorites are all of their ducking, and RedYoshi.wav.

Uhm, okay, I can understand it if you imagine pink Yoshi as being kinda fragile, but I don't think that everyone else thinks the same way. Not that this sound is all too important, but I thought I'd ask. After all, how do you know that the full stomp sound fits in every possible type of cutscene?

And I noticed the different ways of saying Yoshi. I thought it was a nice touch, even though there are blue Yoshis other then Boshi himself.

Yeah, I had problems with that. Maybe Bloshi or something?

And if you want Pink Yoshi to have 2 seperate wavs, it's easy to do in Sound Recorder (which comes with Windows, n00bs).

Yeah, that's why I said that this file isn't too important.

Bloshi? That's just screaming "Argh, my name blows."

I never think of Yoshi as being able to speak English (excluding SM64 where absolutely everything speaks English), especially since the only English line from him I've ever heard a voice actor speak sounded terrible.
