Bah humbug, you'll all get NO votes from me. I believe everyone is good at their own thing and don't need badges and awards to make them feel better, I also believe some awards won't be given to the right people, thus making them feel worse or inferior to whoever won it, and in turn, making the winner feel superior. It is also my belief that some awards will be based on mere popularity of the members rather than skill level, which makes these awards rigged in a way, it's like a popularity bribe. I do not believe in awarding ones skill with badges and medals of congratulations, I believe it makes someone feel much more pride to have people say how much they enjoy their work and to give positive feedback, rather than to have a possibly unjustified medal shoved down their possibly undeserving throat.
