Actually, Ludwig's shell was green in Superstar Saga. Where did you get the idea that it was red?

Anyway, here's some addition information on the other games they've appeared in:

Larry: In Yoshi's Safari, he lead Stage 4, driving an aquatic machine. In Hotel Mario, he had his Chillton Hotel.
Morton: In Yoshi's Safari, he lead Stage 5, driving a mechanical frog. In Hotel Mario, he had his WoodDoor-Hysteria Hotel.
Wendy: In Yoshi's Safari, she lead Stage 3, armed with a shield and bombs. In Hotel Mario, she had her Blitz Snarlton Hotel.
Iggy: In Yoshi's Safari, he lead Stage 6, driving a mechanical Blooper. In Hotel Mario, he does not actually have his own hotel. Instead, he awaits in Bowser's Seizures Palace Hotel, as a boss right before Bowser himself. He wears a giant Bowser mask for this fight.
Roy: In Yoshi's Safari, he lead Stage 7, riding in a lethal hot-air balloon. In Hotel Mario, he had his HardBrick Hotel.
Lemmy: In Yoshi's Safari, he lead Stage 1, driving a mech modeled after himself. In Hotel Mario, he had his High-ate Regency Hotel.
Ludwig: In Yoshi's Safari, he lead Stage 2, driving a dinosaur-like robot. In Hotel Mario, he had his Thump Castle Hotel.

You mentioned Yoshi's Safari in Iggy's description very briefly, but you didn't go into detail about what the Koopalings actually do in it. Also, I've supplied some information on Hotel Mario.
