Actually, I did it in Paint Shop Pro, and I didn't follow that tutorial, the only part I followed was the "create a layer then do the outlines" part, which I hadn't thought of doing until now. The rest I just figured out on my own. The tutorial had too many useless steps to follow which were unnecessary.

Yeah, I already knew that. At the moment i'm just drawing it rugged looking because I like the style, but later on down the line I might try some smoother lines and better shading.

Actually, that style IS Sonic Battle style, due to the way it looks, it has nothing to do with the way it's created. If the lines were done smoothly, but the pic was created in the same way, it wouldn't be thought of as Sonic Battle style.

You show me another piece of unrelated art done in that very style from head to toe, then i'll stop calling it Sonic Battle Style.

The inspiration was from that style, but I doubt it's the same.
