I guess everyone can vote? XD And on the voting for yourself thing - I don't see it as a self confidence thing. I personally would feel rude and overconfident by doing it, and I don't care if I win or not XD I would be just as happy if someone else won~. I'm not calling people who voted for themselves rude, I'm just saying I'd feel rude/overconfident ^^;
