I agree with that.

And not like my opinion means two flips to any of you, but what's with the extensive time penalties on everything? I understand the time penalty on warns and whatnot, but a name change shouldn't warrant a 3-month waiting period for another change. If anything, the longest should be a month, max.

But hey, this isn't my forum and any ideas I've pitched toward MFGG were always disregarded, so I'm not even going to fight this one.

Well, it's not all about how confusing YOU find name changes to be. I should not have to click the AIM button to figure out who is who. And what of people who don't use instant messengers?

It's not just confusing for the members on the forum but for the moderators as well. You may have to ask an admin to change your name but that doesn't mean that all of us will know. The names are being logged for this very reason. And the 90 day limitation is there to discourage name changes.

I think you can find something better to do than change your name every time a new fad comes along to MFGG.
