One thing I noticed and don't think I agree with is the fact that a lot of people have 1000+ posts even if their account was created 2 months ago o_O..

Post topics in the forums they belong.

DON'T
Post topics that aren't spam in the PPP just because the PPP gets higher traffic. Think about it, if you'd stop posting all the interesting (non spammy) topics or those request topics in the PPP, the other forums would get more traffic.
