Change the black to 1, 1, 1 instead of 0, 0, 0.

Rather than copying and pasting somthing from a paint program, do this way:

1.Make a new active or backdrop object
2.Go into the Picture editor and choose the file.
3.Click on the the capture box and uncheck the "Transparent Mode" if you don't want somthing like white or black(Not sure which one) to dissappear.
4.Select the area you want in the frame.
5.Edit out any unneeded things.

I do this all the time when I want somthing from a sprite sheet or whatever, But do whatever you want.
