I think he meant for that particular offense, i.e., if he continues to abuse the attachments after being warned it's ban-ban time.

Then again, I can't speak for RII so I don't know. I'm only speculating.

That's my point though man, the warn system is in place so you have three strikes prior to being out I thought, but apparently we're gonna pull double standards to further confuse an angry community =/

He broke the same rule about a half dozen times, I could have warned him once per offense like I did when attachments were first enabled. I warned him once with the expectation that he would stop, but continued to abuse attachments anyway. And he was warned countless times by community members. I think it was justified.

Actually no. Uploads/attachments are set by the permissions of the forums. RII could make a mask that had all attachments set to disabled and override the user's forum mask, but that can be a bit complicated and time consuming

Why bump a topic that's half a month old with something about the permission masks for uploading even though we already have one set up?
He's long gone anyway, so it's an over and done deal.
