SNESDS runs at pretty much full speed, and has generally been commented as a lot more pleasant that the PSP SNES emulator that is apparently quite a drain on battery life (which the PSP hardly has anyways). The only problem is the sound isn't completely up to snuff. Compatibility is also seemingly limited because most people prefer to download the "ROMs" wirelessly, limiting them to ROMs of under 2 megabytes. However, if you use a flash cart (which you need to flash the homebrew firmware anyway), you can have ROMs that are a lot larger.

I hope they lose a ton of money, not that Sony is in the right here, because they aren't; but it looks like a win-win situation. Sony is allowed to protect their product like this, although it seems silly to only do it for the PSP, which probably has sold 300 units from Liksang total XD --------------------

Same here.

It's because the PSP is way too fragile for normal people to play. Much less crowds of people treating it like crap.
