Well, if you want my true opinion - I could do better with my eyes closed, using finger paint with my left hand(I'm right handed).

I agree that it looks kinda deformed. Both of his legs are different sizes, along with his arms/hands/eyes/shoes. The lines on his shell are pretty crooked and his tail looks kinda weird. My suggestion is to take your time with your drawings. No need to be in a rush. I usually spend like 45min-1hr on my drawings to make sure everything is right. Also, try making lines in more than one stroke(I recommend doing that with pencil), then darken them later. I usually do a few strokes for lines/curves. It also helps to use figure drawing. It's not the best way to draw but things are certainly more accurate if you do it right(there's a tutorial that shows you how to do it in my topic). Just keep practing and you'll be sure to get better.

Well gee, way to be nit-picky about EVERY SINGLE LITTLE detail.

PK, it's called constructive critisim. I'm specifically pointing out on what I think looks wrong and needs work. I'm not going around and saying crap like"OMG THAT SUXXORZ!!!1111 GO BRN ENN HEELL!!!!11". That's not gonna help you. By using constructive critisim, this tells you on what parts you need to improve on so you CAN be a better artist and your stuff looks neater. I even gave you tips on what you can do to help. Besides, it's not like every comment you receive is supposed to be "YATTA!!! KAWAII DESU!!!! ^_^~~~~~~".
