I wouldn't answer if I was him, probably just delete the e-mail, the majority of the questions feel condenscending or redundant o.o...
I mean..
1. Have you ever, in your life, played a video game?
Answer: No, I played them in someone elses life.

Then the rest of them sound like you're definately not on his side.. and if the site that this topic links to is real, then he probably would only respond if he felt you were going to be positive publicity.
