Well according to MJC, it's a GameFAQ copyright, meaning that you just don't want people using your things without permission and claiming it as your own images, writing, whatever.

MJC is that guy who made all the ****ty sprite comics and put his copyright on it, and when I asked him if he actually payed money to get a copyright on his work, he said it's some GameFAQ copyright method that you use on any guides you make, but he applies it to his comics.
