ok... See for the past two days I've been acting horrible and I feel really upset at that. My moods and reactions have been nothing less than awful and it's showed. I've been slamming my desk drawer at the mere sight of something nasty someone has said about me, falling into a mental rage over the smallest of things, trying to clear all traces from my memory of them. Then it keeps coming back. It's like a recurring nightmare, I'm distrubed at myself. I've tried keeping a low profile for days, stopping posting to the particular people and I still feel awful and nothing's changed. But I can't leave the board, because this is the place I found long ago and I couldn't bear leaving it.
I'm talking about me, I'm mortified at what I've become. I hate my mood, I hate whatever turned me into this, and I hate myself for turning into a nasty ***** to everybody. I dunno if this is how I'm going to be for the rest of my life, because it's really showing.

Here's my suggestion Parakarry.
Unplug your computer right before you go to sleep.
Then, wake up early and get dressed brush teeth comb hair, etc.
Then go to a coffee shop, and just get something to drink to wake you up.
Then, have a small walk around town, find places you've never been etc. and make sure not to bring a watch.
Then go home, have a soda. Mmm, tastes refreshing after all the walking you've done.
Now, find Shadowman and say "'Ey! Wanna play a bit of Mario Kart?" and if he's in a bad mood about his computer, then just say "Aight." because the phrase "Aight" is cool, and makes you feel cool and-a strong.
Then go play Mario Kart, with or without SM.
After that, go outside and walk a bit more. Ride a bike, or something like that. Get a bit of money and go to a few shops and get some food/shirt/toy/accessory you might like.
Then take a short nap.
IT WILL HELP.
Repeat this for a few days. It will recycle your memory, make you feel better about yourself, but remember. IT'S UP TO YOU whether or not you decide to take the step. You need a break PK, you really do.
