I know there's a growing number of Game Maker users in these forums, and with MFGG 2.0, I'd like to support it like we support click products.

However, I don't know what game maker uses for its resources. We have click libs for TGF and MMF for storing graphics files, which are simple GAM or CCA files. Does Game Maker operate the same way, or do they store things in other library files?

Also point out any other types of game maker resources besides graphics libraries that might be a good idea to support.

Game Maker uses for sprites normal gif's, but can also use any other format.

A suggestion for special Game Maker sprite sheets would be to have every sprite in certain sizes and not like they are now (sprite two is 8 px away from sprite one, but sprite three is 9 px away from sprite two)
Extracting animations from a sprite sheet (in gif format) would be a lot easier if guys made every sprite the same size so that it can easily be extracted with GM's built-in sprite-sheet-animation converter.
I hope you understand what I mean...

Allow me to clarify, I know this part of GameMaker down pat.

GIF's in GameMaker must be tiled. This means that when extracting multiple sprites from a single image at once, every sprite must be in an imagined box of the same size, with spacing between them. Retriever II's ML:SS tilesheets are in this format.

Very good.
Thanks.
