Colonel... What is this duck thing? Group: Banned Posts: 38524 Member No.: 197 Joined: 29-December 03 Status: (71582609m)	I went to see this movie last night. Despite the fact that Boss Hogg WASN'T fat, and that Daisy Duke WASN'T Brunette, the movie was a f**king BLAST! Johnny Knoxville and Seann William Scott (Stifler) were FANTASTIC as the Duke boys, Jessica Simpson is friggen uber insanely hot as Daisy Duke in this movie. Burt Reynolds is the best Best Hogg ever. The movie is really funny, the car chase scenes kick ass. And all in all it was just an incredibly FUN movie. It never takes itself too seriously, and they even do what they did on the old show, where the screen would freeze and the narrator would come in saying something like "Well look what our good ol' boys have gotten themselves into this time." so great. Anyone else seen it?

It looks to be a prime example of what Hollywood does best, take a popular and somewhat decent franchise, and turn it into garbage. --------------------

Well it's good to have seen the source material, but no. The movie stands alone great on its own.

Also, apparently from what a friend said, There's a part in the movie that is REALLY funny if you've seen super troopers. I have not seen it, but if you have... watch for it?

you shouldn't, esspecially if you get your reviews from mikes super short show, and old critiques with their heads up their asses

Yes, but Dukes Of Hazzard actually sucks. Especially when you've seen the original.

Anyway, I often don't see remakes of other movies. Mostly because they suck, or are decent, yet still pale in comparison to the originals.

I so hope that's a joke. That movie sucked the dirtiest most un-wiped ass, ever to exist in this vast universe.
