The Dukes of Hazzard

I hated Kung Pow while I was watching it, but then after the movie ended I somehow loved it.

Usually I can respect others' opinions, but you can take that one and shove it where the sun don't shine. >:(

I'd rather have them look like they're supposed to. If I watch it it'll only cost me 50 cents in a couple of months.

Rotten Tomateos tells all. Reviews by critics and people. Dukes got like 12% Fresh.

I'm not gonna bother with it, I never liked Dukes of Hazzard and I hate Jessica Simpson.

Well... I... never cared what the critics had to say about movies.

Looks like someone has forgotten why movie critics exist.

They're there for the same reason video game critics are there: to give the public a review from a critical standpoint, taking into consideration every major flaw before giving it a final rating. They aren't there to give you your opinion. They are there to give you an opinion so you can decide for yourself if the movie is worth seeing.

I'm with Kaepora on this one. If most movie critics give a film a low rating, I'm not going to take my chances. I'm going to save that money for something else. Simple as that.

For me it depends on the movie. If it's a movie that I really really REALLY wanted to see ever since the previews, I'll go see it no matter what the critics say. If it's something I kinda had some interest in and then they critics bombed it, I'll stay away (or save it for some afternoon when I'm really bored).

I put Kung Pow on Par with the Humor in Team America, "Slapstick" so they say. Team America does look like alot more effort went into it though, but I found the humor in both movies to be very, very funny.
