Awesome. That a bass in your hand? My boyfriend has one just like it except it's red.

Ah, but it's my younger brother's! Although he hasn't touched it in years, especially now because he just got a DS.

Anyway, this year I plan to create my own guitar - the body will be created out of a giant's bone cartilage, and the strings will be ripped from a Unicorn's backside; the neck will be a skull of a demon, and from this guitar you will hear chords you never believed existed - it will cry like a horny angel!

Ah, yeah I should start practicing my Guitar, Bass and Cello again. I've been lagging behind on Practices. =(

Negative. It is a start, like CYG said.

I took bass lessons for a good three months until I finally got bored. Unlike a guitar, you really have to pay attention to what you're doing, which makes being a "bass/lead singer" much more uncommon than a lead singer/rthymn guitarist. You're constantly having to switch between lines every few seconds (unless in some circumstances where rapid, complex lines are common, and it becomes more like a guitar). Everybody basically relies on the bass and drum player, and it's extremely hard to be one of those and a lead singer. I always enjoyed singing, so I was sort of turned off of the concept.

And you should tell your boyfriend how awesome this badboy is:

Any man with a Violin Bass should be a man of yours!

I tried to learn how to play the guitar once, but it turns out I have the dexterity of a corpse. I have a s***ty "starter's" guitar sitting in a corner of my room collecting dust.
