My house might be destroyed, in the hurricane UPDATE: CAT. 5!!

Hey uhm, just to let you know that this post might be "offensive" because it contains harshness. So yeah, view only if you want.

To be totally honest, if New Orleans gets destroyed, it's their own damn fault. You see, New Orleans was built on what used to be wetlands and swamp, or as I like to call them, God's sponges. Wetlands are a critical part of nature, as they not only are used for habitats for a lot of various animals, but they also act as buffers for storms. However, most people are bloody ignorant and destroyed the wetlands to build homes and crap on, then wonder why every time it rains THEIR BASEMENTS FLOOD. Without wetlands there's no where else for that stormwater to go... hence, the people that decided to place New Orleans there were a bunch of dumbf***s and now they're gonna learn the hard way. That city will most likely cease to exist, which is sad, but hey, they did it to themselves.

Most phones (ones without answering machines and things that plug into an outlet) draw their power directly from the telephone lines.

Now it's 1. Though something tells me it might be back at 2 or so.

Haha, I love how it goes back to 1 after wiping the floor with New Orleans. It's like it was its mission from god to destroy it, THEN IT WENT BACK INTO A 100 YEAR SLEEP

in the 1700s a badass hurricane went through that area, it was so powerful that a one mile stretch of the Missisippi river got completely altered.

So yeah that area was overdue.
EDIT: What I meant was the the course of the river got shifted around, not just trees and stuff falling down.
