Edits should've never been allowed in the first place.

Editting one character into another is okay to me. But not giving an existing character that already has a sprite in that style an animation.

If you ask me, edits like that are unfair. Everybody else in the competition did their's completely custom and they won't win because they can't beat an MPA Toad with walking animations. Nintendo made a great sprite. All you did was add an animation to it.

Well, If I showed you a custom Toad I made long time ago and compare him with The Nintendo toad, they would look the same .
So there is no difference.

this toad was done long time ago and I put MPA toad near to compare them.
Mine is the one in the right and if I added walking animations to it, it will be just like that.

The 3 balls that make up her hair. And yes I know that those are her colors. But there really isn't much effort shown here to me.

And if you have a problem with criticism, why post it on the internet... or better yet on a forum where people discuss things?

And pixel art is vital in menus and such. So can the argument about big sprites before it starts.
