Language in Shadow the Hedgehog!

Shadow the Hedgehog is rated T for cartoon violence and language. Cartoon violence I can understand, but language? This is just not like a Sonic-type game. I don't mind there being langauge, but it's just odd in a Sonic game? It's kind of funny though. Imagine little furry animals cussing each other out! That would be so funny!

Shadow just wouldn't be shadow if he wouldn't throw around a few "What the Hell?!"s and "Dammit!"s.

Anyways if I do recall correctly it says "Mild Lyrics" on sonic adventure 2.. The only thing that'd be mild is maybe some of knuckle's songs because they're rap, but I cant understand a word they say in those ones.

Probably nothing too bad. They wouldn't cuss too often either because it would then be rated M.

Language was in SA2 and SA as well, for the lyrics in the songs.

But it clearly said on the box mild lyrics. This game actually says language. You probably already know this but for anyone who doesn't, lyrics are the words in the song.

Knuckles says something about Rouge being "Sexy and smooth" and says "not a d*** thing funny" in one song. Don't know about SA though. I suspect in this game Shadow may throw afew mild words around to make it seem even more darker.

I know its been done before. I never asked if it was. All I said is that it's odd that Sonic characters would be cussing each other out. All I'm wondering is if Sonic characters have ever done that? To my knowledge, I don't think they have.

In Sonic X I think there's afew words that are considered fowl in America but not in Japan, but I forgot which.

Aw, I thought this was going to be a confirmation of selectable language (Eng/Jap) like in the Adventure games. (not buying until I know for certain)

Remember when they said HELL in DK64, with an E rating? Then in SSBM, they changed the lyrics of the DK rap to HECK, and changed Hell Hawk to Blood Hawk, and it got a T rating?

The ESRB is stupid.

It'll probably be unnoticable. I seriously doubt that Shadow's going to start pointing guns at people's faces and swearing at them pointlessly.

Well he did hurt the special forces in that animation. Wouldn't be suprised with a few "damn"s and "hell"s.
