Serenity, Forget The Island

This is probably the best action film with the best amount of humor, violence, and Alan Tudyk. (My acting teacher's college room-mate)
Anyway back to the review. The movie was great, no, awesome. You could even say more then awesome. I'm so glad I saw this instead of Into the Blue. The movie was so well written, and so well cast. I really have nothing to complain about. The whole second half of the movie was outstanding and you keep predicting what'll happen from seeing other movies like this. However since this movie was such an original refreshment none of those come true. Nathan Fillion succeeded in being funny while being very serious a second later. The computer animation (A LOT) was also awesome. As were the rest of the special effects.
I'm really out of things to say so I'll leave with this, the movie was a very unexpected funny, action packed adventure. I would recommend this over The Island and I found it just as every bit as good as Star Wars Ep. III. I seriously found nothing wrong.
