Can someone tell me how to take a video with a camera (VHS or digital iono) put it into macromedia flash and add effects to it, and then put it on TV?

You need a digital camera that can upload images to your computer. I don't know about flash, but however you put in custom images, do that. If you can use special effects in flash, just apply them to certain areas, I guess, then print screen and you should know the rest.

EDIT: And on the TV? Heh, just burn a fake DVD with the image on it. I think...

You're thinking of still images.

Anyhow; if you can import it as an AVI, there's probably a way to get it back on there as an AVI, and flash can probably import AVIs as symbols. Good luck with that.

You can't put an avi from the computer into the digital camera.

Or maybe you can depending on what digital camera it is, but I've never seen any that do that.

So your best bet is to burn the avi onto a DVD, that's the only way to get it on TV.

Or unless you have the cord that shows everything on your screen and shows on the TV.

The DVD method requires a DVD burner and a DVD player that supports burned discs.
