he'd be considered a 3D model so his textures would be scattered among the rest of the world textures in the ROM. It's uncompressed but unless I find the proper texture index it's a big pain to rip.

don't know really. Certain patterns in the palette file make me think they were separate ice enemies, and that they have a separate frozen state that's a slightly darker blue. I'd really have to play and freeze an enemy to see.

Oh... I didn't look that well the first time and didn't notice that the red variety has brown feet...


I also didn't notice Red Goomba in the list.

(On another note, what's with the chunky grass with subcon-ish coloring?)

Interesting... well, there was a Red Goomba and Paragoomba in Super Mario Bros. 3... perhaps they originally wanted to use them.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking now. I belive this Goomba has the same colorscheme, but I'm not exactly sure.
