You messed up the end of your image tag.

Nevertheless, it's more complicated than most people care for, and on a side note, your alt tag should be small as that gets posted in the event your image doesn't load, or in text-only browsers [and a long alt tag in that case can **** up the page]. Leave the tooltip text to the title attribute.
