The Games Factory and Multimedia Fusion are programs designed for the creation of games. The sprites are in klik format to make it easier for users of those programs to access and utilize the objects in their own games.

..This is a website about fangames, not sprites. The sprites are there for people to use in their games. They use MMF, TGF, and tools of the like to create games.

Until you get one of the above programs, you'll have to use sprite sheets, on this site or others, as an alternative.
