They're usually just like regular game files. In most of the Clickteam products there's an option called "pick an object from a game" which allows you to open up an old game file and use the objects from that game.

Okay, tell me these things before I dumb it down:

What program are you using?

What's the file extension of the sprites library you want to use?

Not sure...I want to get it to Paint, but it always opens up Musicmatch! I REALLY want Thunder Dragon's YI Ultimate Lib, and I get the install screen. I install it and nothing happens.

To open those sprite libraries, you need a program like Klik and Play, The Games Factory, Click and Create, or Multimedia Fusion.

You can't open the libraries in Paint.

2. Do they cost money?
3. Could I use those sprites in comics?
4. Sorry if I'm being a pest! ohmy.gif

1. Clickteam.com

2. Most of them, but Klik and Play for Schools is free. However, be aware that most of the sprite libs with ".gam" extensions will need TGF or higher. You can find demos of their newer programs here, they might help you rip the sprites.

3. I suppose you can do anything you want with them as long as you provide credit.

4. This is a help forum, so don't worry about that. Thanks for the sentiments anyways.

1. http://www.clickteam.com
2. For the full versions, yes. However, there are free demos available.
3. If you copy and pasted each individual frame into your paint program, I suppose, but that sounds like more trouble than it's worth.
4. Eh, don't worry about it.

Am I invisible?

(Although extra clarification couldn't hurt).

Try extracting the files if its in a zip or some other archive. Then right click the file and pick "Open with..." and use that to browse to Games Factory. Or just run Games Factory and open the file manually.
