I think it's called Iron-on transfer paper or something like that

EDIT: You can probably get it in office supply stores since you can use it in your printer. It's like $10.00 or more for 10 sheets though

Yeah it get's pretty expensive, but depending on the size of the image you can use one sheet multiple times...
