So my scanner is around a year old, and I've never had any problems with it thus far. After about 2 months without using it I finally get around to scanning some of my stuff in. The scanner starts working its magic, and it sounds like everythings going alright, but all I get is a black image.

I tried tinkering with some of the settings, but that didn't do anything.

Anyone know what's wrong with my scanner?

Yeah the light works. I'll see if updating the drivers helps at all.

EDIT: Updated drivers, no luck
