...that's just his hairstyle... he's really just a depressed, skinny guy... (original idea from the Nirvana song "Pennyroyal Tea"... the line "I'm anemic royalty"... I made him a sickly royal...) The original doesn't have a loin cloth, he's naked with his hands and a censor bar covering his... area...
