A)It IS coming out in europe.

has anyone heard about the two new powerups? i got my nintendo official magazine today, nd they were in there.

apparently they are a blooper, which blcks-out the screeens of anyone behind you. the other is a bullet bill! you turn into a bullet bill, and fly along the course, smashing anyone you touch!

This bullet bill item seems redundant to me. It sounds like a star, except you don't have to drive.
