Nope. Not anymore. Nintendo apparently had some problems last at the last second with moving tracks such as Tick Tock Clock.

YoshiMonarch, I think you're thinking of the plain hookup version. It's where up too 8 people can play and on any track. However they have to be within 100m or something like that.
