The only problem with that (as you can already see by Artee's reply) is that people would apply for Secret Santa and then ditch it just to get a Grinch badge. It's more of an incentive than anything, unless you made the badge really ugly. In that case it'd work great.

That'd probably be preferred.

But it could be our own virtual Secret Santa, or you could have the "e-mail" branch and the real men's branch.

Christmas has become much more of a cultural event rather than a Religous one. I've celebrated Christmas every year, but have never been in a church attending any sort of service.

Sure, it's routed in Christianity, but it's not about being Christian. It's about coming together with those you love. It's about Peace on Earth, and good will towards others.

I love Christmas dearly. And even if you're not Christian, you've got to respect Jesus. He was a good guy who did good things. So props to Jesus I say. So go buy something for your parents, or siblings, eat some good food, raise some cheer, and drink a little egg nog.

We should definitely do this secret Santa thing. I think we need to decide on what sort of gifts we'll be giving out. So nobody accidently makes an arse of themself by giving someone a 4 pixel drawing while they received an Xbox 360 (exaggeration for the win). I think pictures and animations are the right sort of things.

oops someone make a seperate topic pls. Or even better, the mods could use their FISSION POWERS.

I celebrate, but not like I used too, when there would be a tree and presents. My parents just take out somewhere on the 26th (Since like every darn place is closed on Christmas) and my dad feels like buying something for me that is expensive and something he normally would not buy on a daily basis, like Game Console or Ipod or something like that.

Much like my Birthday, which is on the 19th of June, so I get like 6 months inbetween Christmas and my Birthday. Then I just go out and buy stuff that I don't buy on a daily basis.

But the best present of all is that I get 2 weeks off of school.
