Use the Mode 7 extension if you have MMF.

Oh whoops thought you were talking about MMF and other clickteam stuff.

Not being great at flash, I couldn't really say, but I guess all you need to do is tilt the text slightly, and make it get smaller as it moves up the screen. I don't know how you'd do this though.

You may be forced to make each line seperate

Flash to my knowledge has 3D capabilities so you should also be able to just tilt a plane with text on it and move it back

if you could save the text as an image, making the first line as big as it would be when passing the screen and the next lines increasingly larger, then you could implement a motion and shape tween, moving the image up slowly, while, at the same time and speed, shrinking it in size, making each line fit the correct size, as it passes.

It's called Motion Tween.

Lemme make an example... shouldn't take too long.

Make all your text, then use the Break Apart command (Modify menu, or Ctrl+B) twice to turn it into vector graphics. Then, use Distort to give it the correct perspective. Make it a symbol and motion tween it. Have the end result be very small, and near the center of the screen.
