Does Nintendo Wi-fi work on all DS's? SInce it's not detecting my wireless router. I'm guessing it's because my router might be having problems or not compatible with NWF, but I'm not all that smart when it comes to routers abd I just want to make sure that my DS can actually work with NWF. I'd like too know also what's the Nintendo Wi-fi connection ID?

All DS's have WiFi, and that's for routers

Of course your DS will work.

It's possible your router is configured with a MAC address filter or is set to a hidden state so your DS can't recognize it, or requires some advanced settings to be applied in your DS.

Here's a problem that you might have that's not indicated on the site that I found.


If your DS can find your router, but can't connect to the Wi-Fi through it, your router might have the option to change the WEP key from a 128 bit security to a 64 bit security, enabling you to use a 10 digit WEP key instead of a longer digit WEP key.

But you should check the site anyways if it can't even find the router.
