*makes token appearance* Yes, yes it would. In fact receiving payment of any kind for your use of copyrighted materials that do not belong to you is quite illegal.

Which is expressly forbidden in law as well as just about every heehaw company policy receiving "gifts" from "customers". I do not enjoy the idea that because you are on a private message forum you think it is ok to circumvent copyright protections.

look, first off the flaming is not appreciated, I was simply ignorant of the legallity, i wasn't "trying to circumvent" anything and i certainly wasn't doing anything because i was on a private forum, i've had very little if not any sucess getting assistance in the past, so i thought that a gift might attract more attention than "oh woe is me help me"
and in most cases when i asked for help, especially on a large scale, i was met with "do it yourself" well i thought that the help board was for helping, not telling me to do it myself, if i was gonna be able to do it myself i'd have not even bothered
second i'm no good at MRPG stuff so you can all just forget telling me to do it myself, my talents lie in ML style

and i never said that you were all saying that i should do it myself i was attempting to prevent that
