I just beat Sherbet Mountain, and now I'm in a stage as Bowser... What am I supposed to do to destroy the ! blocks? I don't see any switches.

Heh, that old thing? I had no idea anybody still played MQ2. Anyhow, go south into that room with the hologram of Sonic. At the lowermost part of said room, there are two cracked blocks. Fire at them until they break, and then hit the switch inside.

It always crashed so I was never able to get past the first level before. :/ (About the no one ever playing it part..)
